Parties

These terms apply between the CADAGEN Initiative (CADAGEN Girişimi), which operates the CADAGEN platform ("CADAGEN"), and the person using the service ("user"). Contact: [email protected].

Service description

CADAGEN is a cloud service that creates editable CAD starting models (STEP, STL) from text or image inputs. Users must verify critical dimensions, tolerances, and suitability for the chosen manufacturing process before production.

Credits and billing

Credits are charged when a generation job finishes, based on actual token usage. Jobs that deliver nothing are not charged; if you cancel or abandon a job, only the usage spent up to that point may be charged. STEP and STL downloads are free. Purchased credits expire after the period shown on the Pricing page at purchase. Monthly free credit policy is described on the Pricing page.

Withdrawal and refunds

Purchased credit packages constitute digital content and immediately performed services under applicable consumer regulations. As service performance begins immediately upon purchase, statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once delivered. For unused credits you may request a refund via [email protected]; payment-provider (Creem) rules and consumer law remain reserved. Credits already spent on generation are not refunded. Failed generation jobs are not charged. Price and pack summary are shown before checkout; payment confirmation comes from the payment provider.

Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes. Firearms, explosives, ammunition, illegal lock-picking / security-bypass tools, and similar illegal or clearly harmful designs are prohibited. Uploading images or text to copy someone else's branded product or protected design without permission is prohibited. We may refuse a job, restrict or close an account, and notify authorities when required.

Use of outputs

Generated CAD files are provided "as is". CADAGEN does not guarantee that files meet any specific manufacturing method, tolerance or safety requirement. For critical, load-bearing, medical, or safety applications you must validate files before production. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CADAGEN's total liability arising out of or related to the services, whether in contract or tort, is limited to the total amount you paid to CADAGEN in the 1 (one) month before the event giving rise to liability. CADAGEN is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or production downtime. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.

Intellectual property and AI data usage

You own the designs you describe. You represent that you have the rights needed for any images or text you upload. For the purposes of providing the service, system optimization, and developing artificial intelligence models, prompts, parameters, and generated CAD models may be used by CADAGEN and the AI model providers it uses for AI model training, testing, fine-tuning, and optimization (see Privacy Policy for details). Personal identity and payment data are excluded. For copyright notices, email [email protected]. You warrant that the text, images, and parameters you submit to CADAGEN do not infringe any third party's intellectual property, patent, industrial design, or trade secret rights. If a third party brings a claim against CADAGEN because this warranty was breached, you agree to cover the resulting losses and reasonable legal costs.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or in the law. The current text is published on this page and the date at the bottom is updated. We announce changes that materially affect your rights by email or on the site before they take effect. A later change does not shorten the validity period of credits you have already purchased.

Disputes

Turkish law governs these terms. If something goes wrong, write to [email protected] first; we resolve most issues directly. If you are a consumer, you may bring a dispute before the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court where you live, and the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are not affected. For other disputes the general rules of jurisdiction apply.
