Yes. As part of providing and improving the service, your prompts and generated CAD models may be used by CADAGEN and the AI model providers it uses for AI model training, fine-tuning, and quality optimization. Your personal identity and payment details are excluded.

Yes. You retain ownership of the parts you describe, subject to the Terms of service.

Purchased credits expire after the period shown on the Pricing page at purchase. Your free balance tops up to 10 each month and does not stack.

When checkout is available, payments are processed by Creem. CADAGEN does not store your card details.

A failed job is not charged. Refine the description and try again, or contact support with the job ID if the problem continues.
